Development Review Process
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
If you are interested in learning about the requirements for new development, construction, and renovation we strongly encourage you to schedule a preliminary design or conceptual review meeting with our Zoning Administrator. These meetings are available at no cost and can help to significantly reduce the lead time for future permitting, planning, and/or zoning requests. To schedule a meeting contact Lisa DeLeeuw at the number or email provided below.
To ensure the success of your conceptual review meeting, be prepared with as much of the following information as possible:
- Project Location
- Existing and Proposed land use (residential, office, retail, commercial, etc.)
- Any available preliminary plans or renderings
- Public utility and infrastructure demands
- Planning and Zoning Flow Chart (Conceptual review appointments can be made upon request)
